Experience with Python, Mel, C, and 3ds Max is a plus.Background or experience in fine art accompanied by a thorough understanding of physical motion, weight, balance, and form highly desired.Proven production experience in a team environment as a rigger or technical artist.Receives direction from leadership, and troubleshoot and wrangle character-rigging issues.Maintain a consistent level of productivity while meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work.Providing support and updates to rigs throughout the production process.Create feature-quality, scripted rigs and refine them based on the needs of animators and downstream departments.

Integration and optimization of rigs into the production pipeline.Work with animators to design, create, and maintain animation rigs for characters that are clean, efficient, and animation friendly.Set up rigs for low and high-res characters.The studio is 100% virtual and allows the applicant to work anywhere in the world! The Rigging Artist will create and maintain character & 3D rigs in Maya to support us on our current projects in the Media and Entertainment Department. Dreamview is looking for an experienced Rigging Artist to work directly with 3D departments and the Animation team.
